  • Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?

    We are a professional component manufacturer with independent production capacity, established for over 30 years. We are currently equipped with 40 Swiss-type lathes, 200 automatic CNC lathes, 10 turret lathes, and turn-milling combined machines. Our equipment is continuously updated and expanded. We accept customized component orders from customers at home and abroad.

  • Q: What main products do you supply?

    We mainly customize precision parts produced by Swiss-type lathes for clients, which are mainly made of stainless steel, alloy steel, copper, aluminum, and other materials, including various precision shafts, flanges, valve bodies, and various connecting fittings.

  • Q: What machining processes do you mainly handle?

    Our expertise covers Swiss lathe machining, CNC turning, milling, grinding, and more. We offer solutions to meet the processing demands of complex parts, support mass production, and fully cater to your specific industry requirements.

  • Q: What fields are the products mainly applied to?

    Our products are widely used in various fields. We focus on manufacturing Swiss-type lathe-made precision components for auto parts, power tools, liquid cooling parts, the oil & gas industry, the medical industry, consumer electronics, and other sectors.

  • Q: How to ensure the precision of CNC machining of small parts

    We adopt advanced mechanical equipment, including integrated STAR Swiss-type lathes and 5-axis CNC machines, with a maximum tolerance of up to ±0.002mm. We strictly comply with quality management system standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO9001. We have implemented comprehensive inspections since 2015, including X-ray testing and optical inspection.

  • Q: Do you support customized production?

    Customized production is our core business. We can develop and manufacture products according to your drawings or samples. Sample delivery takes 7 to 15 days, subject to part complexity and processing requirements. For bulk orders, we generally finish production and delivery within 30 days. You can communicate with us about customization needs and production progress anytime.

  • Q: What is the company's production capacity?

    The annual output of precision shafts reaches 5 million pieces, and that of various connectors is 4 million pieces, which can steadily meet all kinds of order demands.

  • Q: What about the company scale and staff structure?

    The company has more than 60 employees, including over 10 engineers, more than 30 professional technical operators, and over 20 professional inspectors.

  • Q: How to guarantee product quality?
    We implement full-process quality management. Inspection is conducted after every working procedure, and all finished products undergo final inspection in full compliance with customer requirements and international standards.
    We have a well-equipped advanced laboratory furnished with complete testing instruments, including a spectrometer, a profilometer, a cylindricity tester, an image measuring instrument, a hardness tester, a height gauge, full-size measuring equipment, and an X-ray flaw detector. These devices enable comprehensive monitoring of chemical composition, mechanical properties, non-destructive testing, and geometric dimensions, so as to deliver high-precision products.
  • Q: What are the available payment terms?

    Trade terms such as FOB and CIF will be confirmed upon quotation. For mass production, we usually require 30% advance payment, with the balance to be paid against a copy of the bill of lading. We mainly accept T/T payment, and L/C is also negotiable.

  • Q: How to arrange cargo transportation?

    We are only a 2-hour drive away from Ningbo Port. Sea shipping is our main delivery method, which is convenient and efficient. For urgent orders, we can also arrange air freight via Ningbo or Shanghai Airport.
