High-Precision CNC Power Tool Transmission Components & Manufacturing Excellence
On a power tool assembly line, a transmission component either drops into place or it does not. Xierge Precision produces these parts so that they do. Square tangs, hex bodies, collars and cross holes are machined from the same reference, so each feature lines up with its neighbors and with the mating parts in your tool. Every part follows your drawing, and our team reviews the drawing with you before production starts.
Consistency is built into our workflow through turning and milling on shared datums, careful edge finishing, machine cleaning and inspection with imported instruments. With IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 certified systems behind the process, we support power tool customers from the first sample through repeat volume orders, delivering parts you can count on batch after batch.
Key Features & Competitive Advantages
- One Reference, Many Features: Round sections are turned first and used as the datum for milling and drilling, so the hex, square and hole features stay consistent with each other.
- Built for Mating Parts: Square tangs, hex faces and cross holes are made to engage sockets, pins and adjusters smoothly, which helps assembly run without forcing or fitting by hand.
- Edges Finished on Purpose: Corners on drive features and edges around holes receive deliberate finishing, reducing catch points that can slow assembly or cause uneven contact.
- Clean Parts to the Line: Professional cleaning machines remove cutting residue, so parts arrive ready to assemble rather than needing another wash at your factory.
- Variant-Friendly Production: Power tool ranges often use several similar components, and our drawing-based approach lets us produce related variants with the same process logic.
- Certified for Repeat Orders: IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 systems give repeat orders a documented quality framework behind them.
- Straight Communication: Our team reviews drawings, materials and quantities with you before machining begins, and factory visits are always welcome.
Payment Methods
Payment terms follow the stage of your project, so each step from first sample to large order stays simple:
- Sample Stage: PayPal or Western Union can be used for sample parts and small trial batches, letting your engineers test the component in a real tool.
- Regular Orders: T/T is the standard method, with terms such as 30% deposit and 70% balance paid before shipment or against a copy of the B/L, confirmed at quotation.
- Large Orders: For bigger volumes, an irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight is accepted, giving both sides a bank-backed structure.
Logistics & Packaging
Transmission components are dense and have hard corners, so packing is designed to keep parts from striking each other in transit:
- Protective Packing: After cleaning, parts are individually wrapped and placed in sturdy export cartons or wooden cases, which keeps square ends, hex faces and hole edges from being knocked or marked.
- Choice of Terms: EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP are all available, so you can decide how much of the shipping process we handle.
- Shipping Speed: Choose express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for urgent samples, air freight for small lots, or sea freight for volume production, with freight forwarders arranged to match your schedule.
FAQ
Please send the drawing, the material and any surface or heat treatment requirement, the estimated quantity, and notes on critical features such as the square ends, hex section and hole positions. With this information we can review the part and give a clear quotation.
The round sections are turned first and serve as the reference for milling the hex faces, square ends and flats. Using one reference through the whole process helps keep every feature consistent with the others.
Yes. Holes are drilled at the positions and sizes shown in your drawing. If a hole position is especially critical to your assembly, please mark it on the drawing so we can plan the process around it.
Sharp corners and burrs around holes can catch during assembly, mark mating parts or cause uneven contact. Careful edge finishing and machine cleaning help parts go together smoothly and keep residue out of your assembly line.
Yes. We work from drawings, so related versions of a component, such as different lengths or hole positions, can each be produced according to their own drawing. Please list all variants when you send your request.
Once samples are approved, we move to volume production using the same drawing and inspection approach. Payment terms, MOQ and lead time are confirmed with you at quotation, so the plan is clear before production starts.
